TO, Senior manager of NOKIA company, Sir, in my area(andhra pradesh, nalgonda district, miryalguda) so many people are getting repaired their nokia mobile phone through local repairs. With this they are not satisfying with the mobile. LONG STORY
TOOK PHONE IN FOR A QUOTE.
GOT A QUOTE BROUGHT THE PHONE IN FOR THE REPAIR.
CAME BACK TO COLLECT THE PHONE AND ALL MY SO CALLED DATA BACKED UP WAS LOST.
THE PHONE WAS NOT REPAIRED AND IT NOW WOULD NOT SWITCH ON.
SENT IT BACK TO VODAWORLD
ONE WEEK LATER, PICK THE PHONE UP AND IT NOW SWITCHES ON BUT THE ORIGINAL PROBLEM IS NOT SORTED OUT.
THE PHONE GOES BACK, ONE WEEK LATER TO PICK IT UP IT HAS THE SAME PROBLEM.
VODAWORLD NOKIA PROMISE A NEW PHONE. FOUR DAYS LATER TO PICK UP THE PHONE AGAIN . NO NEW PHONE AND THE PROBLEM IS NO SORTED WITH THE PHONE .
FIVE TIMES AND STILL NOT WORKING .
