This is with regret i have to inform you that my set has developed problems the day it was purchased from, it first developed problems with the keys nad was not able to use the navigation keys as well as the number keys, took it to nokia care they fixed the problem and said it would not occur again.Later it started dialling numbers on its own once the slider was operated again it was taken to the nokia care and they fixed it again, now this is the third time it developed a snag in the camera and the image fades when the flash is ON now they have kept it with them to rectify that.The demo games are also not working and is giving problems there in.
I am sure that a faulty set has been given to me and i have lost the trust in the current handset. The Product code is 0558083.It has been currently given to the Nokia Care at 30/28, East Patel Nagar, N.Delhi and the Job Sheet no is APAINY[protected]. Since we have purchased the phone at a very dear price, we expect full value for our money and ask you to replace the set at the earliest. Also ensure that such problems do not creep up in future and that our faith in Nokia remains undaunted.

I have be using 6500c phone for last few month its the worst nokia battery i have ever seen. It remain in charge for minimum 13hrs but still its not full charge and sometimes remain totally uncharge. So i request nokia company either to replace my battery or solve my problem ur way. Plz remember ur company's reputation depend on it. If my problem is not solve m i'll never belive in nokia which i once belived to be the best company in the world.

Hello i hav mail a complain against nokia 6500c 13days ago but i hav't got any reply so wht should i do now. Do nokia company hav little time for customer satisfaction or it does't matter for ur company but remember once u lost ur reputation its almost impossible to regain it.
I am going to share my very bad experience with Nokia services this time,

Bad journey begins with Buying of N78 in first week of November 08, I bought this handset from Priority dealer in gurgaon But it works fine just for 5 weeks after that upper speaker of the phone stops working on call and on music too, after that I went to Nearest Nokia Care on 2nd Jan 09 for drop it for repairing But my experiance follows there like :

They mentioned different problen in job sheet that i was not facing at all, like As per me upper speaker is not working but they mentioned something else.
Again few days back same issue observed in my handset and deposited in Nokia Care[protected]/090515/75,

IMEI : [protected] / N78,

I am very fade up with type of services and all my views/perceptions for Nokia has been changed. AND I DONT WANT SAME HANDSET.

I have one NOKIA 7610 IMEI NO:[protected].
I am using BSNL Post Paid GSM connection of Bihar BSNL.
When I reaches in roaming areas my phone automatically switch off & a message comes in
my mobile that "PHONE START UP FAIL CONTACT THE RETAILER".
My SIM is working in other Nokia sets satisfactorily.
Kindly let me know what I have to do so that my 7610 set works satisfactorily in roaming area also.

NOKIA N81 Mobile set — Faulty/Defective handset

I am a governtment employee. I had bought a N81 Nokia Mobile Handset from Dwarka, New Delhi on October 30, 2008. The IME of the handset is [protected].It is still in the WARRANTY PERIOD.
1. The handset was defective friom its inception, ie the day I bought it. The camera of the handset is not working properly. The flash mode is almost non-functional.The photographs can be clicked only in night mode. I went to the NOKIA CARE CENTRE at Sector-4, DWARKA, Newdelhi. But to my dismay, the staff was totally non-cooperative. Instead of writing the actual complaint on the Service sheet, they wrote the standard complaint ( which they write for all customers, whatever the complaint might be.)They never bothered to check the mobile.
2.Moreover, when I went to the seniormost official at the centre, he refused to accept that the camera was faulty. He said that the company produces such products only.
3.On the top of it, they even broke my handset and when I enquired, they said that it was already broken.
4. I had paid money for the change of keypad.But, they replaced my keypad with a defective one which they changed to the previous one only after a lot of altercation.
I request the company to either rectify the default or change the handset.

I Shubham Mahajan bought Nokia n81 having IMEI no. [protected] three months back, After two weeks of buying the handset, the Camera stops working then i submitted the handset to the Nokia care centre, they delivered the handset to me after one month. Then after two weeks, the display got blank and keypad also stops working and then the handset delivered to me on 11.07.2009. And After that now the new problems arises in my handset some of them are- Auto off & Shortcut keypad lock not working and i have submitted the handset again to the Nokia care centre(Simran Electronics-65, Nehru Nagar, Agra) on 13.07.2009 .

Let me also tell you one funny thing that there are more days from the day of buying in which my mobile was in nokia care centre rather than in my Hand.

i am kindly requesting you to please replace my hand set because i can't tolerate this Handset anymore.

This is with regret i have to inform you that i have been using NOKIA handsets since 2002 but now i purchased a NOKIA N81 from NOKIA priorty dealer & my set has developed problems after two months of purchasing. The Product code is 0577565.Its screen got damaged internally without anything happened to this, when i visited NOKIA Care, Lajpat Nagar, N.Delhi then i have been told that this is due to pressure but it was in my jeans pocket & if its because of pressure then its outerscreen should have any single mark on the surface but it doesn't have any single mark & still if its because of little pressure then Nokia is not giving that quality which was there before 3-4 years back.So i request you to please see my handset & ensure yoursefl about the problem & please change the handsets as soon as possible Also ensure that such problems do not creep up in future and that our faith in Nokia remains undaunted.

Dear Sir,

I have purchased a nokia 1650 GSM mobile Phone from Mobile Expo, Shop NO.4, Ujjain Complex, Opposite Maurya Lock, New Dak Banglow Road Patna, Bihar Vide invoice No;- ME/08-09/8737 dt[protected]IMEI-[protected], BATT-Q085D22083559, CH-[protected]) for Rs 1780/=.The set is faulty as the red button and Lcd not functioning, also problem of charging(the setautomaticaly on and within a few minute autmetcaly off then it is no On, Red button not functioning from very begening from the date of purchase, during the charging it shows "NOT CHARGING". For this problem I have contacted Nokia CARE at Dakbanglow, Fraser Road Patna for rectification of faults but it bitter experiance to me about the behaviour of incharge of this NOKIA CARE. He is promissing more tan a month and said me come on tomorrow and day after tomorrow, one day he has told that the set is not repaiarable then iasked the incharge why you have not told me at the time of complaint in the mean he has snatched the complaint slip and tore the slip no.ASC NO.[protected] dt.01.07.09 andabusing me and bitting me also. It is horible that such a reputed company and behaviour of your pepole not matched if you have not settle the case within a week then I am free to take leagal action at patna high court aganist your behaviour and reputation.

When I faced the problem of slider ALLINGMENT in my set then I went to Nokia Care. They said this problem comes because of consumer use, and said that it will not be repaired.
