Nokia E 51 — Unable to repair the set

To-day I talked to your nokia care centre & got same reply " It can not repaired you take it back". I am surprised to receive your reply that it is under the process of repair & substantiate delivery of phone on 31st August.
Once again you are requested to replace my phone or refund my money.

I am sorry to mention that no reply is received so far. Your nokia care centre has expressed inability to get it repaired & asking to take it back. So I have lost confidence on your nokia models as this is happening with me for second time. This is under warranty which may be replaced immediately without giving further trouble/mental tension to me. Hope you to sort out my problem at the earliest.

Comments

Nokia Products should never be sent for repairs. They make fool of customers in the name of repairs. Immediate replacement or refund should be demanded. I have been cheated. They wait for the warranty to be over then only tell about real problem
