I GOT NOKIA E5-00I FROM FINLAND BY MY DOCTOR FRIEND. IT WORKED FOR ONE DAY AND POWERDOES NOT SWITCHED ON. I GOT SERVICE AT NOKIA CARE. I PAID Rs400/- FOR SERVICE RECTIFICATION.AFTER ONE DAY FUNCTIONING PROPERLY THE PROBLEM REPEATED. NOW THE SERVICE PERSONNEL TRIED BUT NOT SUCCEEDED. THEY TOLD THAT THE FIRST BATCH PHONES ARE ENCOUNTERING WITH SOFTWARE CHIP PROBLEM.THE SERVICE CENTER OF SECUNDERABAD IS [protected]/8. MY MOBILE ESN/IMEI NUMBER [protected] PRODUCT CODE 0595796. HENCE THE MOBILE IS NOT REPAIRABLE AS CUSTOMER CARE PERSONNEL SAID I REQUEST TO USE YOUR GOOD OFFICE FOR CHIP REPLACEMENT OR MOBILE REPLACEMENT AT THE EARLIEST.
