[Resolved] Nokia E63 — complaint against Nokia care service centre siliguri | |||
I Mr. Rupak Kanti Das , residing in siliguri , purchased Nokia E 63 handset on the month of July 2011, I want to install Ovi suite to my handset for which I visited the Nokia care service centre at Guwahati (Assam) 29/05/2012 updated the software but it was old version they installed , where as I wanted to update the new version software , so yesterday i.e on 01/06/2012 , I visited the Nokia care service centre , where one of the Nokia representative behaved rudely and disagree to update the software saying that the warranty period has expired , on which I saw her the bill where it was clearly mention that the warranty period is for one year i.e up to July 2012 , she has also given me in written that she is not updating software because my handset is not under warranty period , I am sending scan copy along with this mail for your concern . I also spoke to Nokia customer care , they also spoke to her/him and ask to update it but still she refused , on which customer care told me to mail a complain letter to contactcentre.[protected]@nokia.com , my interaction no was[protected]/06/2012). So, now I would ask you to take some appropriate action and also I would like to state that the concern person should compensate/apologize to me, because I have waste my whole day because of that lady who spoiled my precious time . I had lot of work that day but anyhow I take out my time for this work and as a result nothing I got positively. Hope, you will take some positive steps so that no others suffers in future as I did . E63 — Poor customer service at Nokia care
This is with reference to the Nokia E 63 handset I am using in which I am facing the problem of Battery backup, when I visited Nokia care, they kept my cellphone for 1 day and confirm that the same get repaired. Again after 2 days I visited them with the same query and again they my mail kept my cellphone for 2 days and confirm that the same is now repaired. Now again, I visited them with the same complaint and now its more than a month and complaint is not yet resolved. But I received the complaint no twice from Nokia. Service request number 1-[protected] , Your case ID is 1-[protected].Let me share that these complaint numbers are of no use until the complaint get resolved.
