[Resolved] Nokia E63 — Not functioning properly and rude behavior of Nokia Priority Dealer | |||
I have purchased Nokia E-63 handset (sr.no.[protected]) in January 2011. From November 2011, the handset was showing connection error during the call and call were dropped. Also the battery was draining fast. Therefore, in December 2011, I approached Nokia Priority Dealer in Koram Mall, Thane from where I have purchased the handset. He advised me to keep the handset with them as they will send the same to Nokia Care Centre in Mulund, Mumbai. After 3 days, he returned the handset and told to see whether it works properly. However, the problem persist. I approached once again to Nokia Priority Dealer who advised me to go directly to Nokia Care Centre in Mulund. On January 14, 2012, I had visited the Nokia Care Centre, Mulund personally where I was told that the handset was out of warranty period and I have to pay charges for repairing the software of the model. However, when I asked them that I had already referred the handset earlier to Nokia Care where it was within warranty period then. They repaired the handset without any charges. Still the problem persist. Hence today, on February 12, 2012, we approached Nokia Priority Dealer in Thane where Mr. Pavaskar of Nokia Priority Dealer who had referred the handset previously to Nokia Care and also advised us to go personally to Nokia Care spoke very rudely with me and once again he asked me to go personally there and get it repaired. As I am working person and very busy with my day to day activities, it is not possible for me to take out time only for this purpose. I asked Mr. Pavaskar to help me in this case. Then he said as it was above warranty period and we have not extended the warranty he can not do anything. Is this the service provided to the customer by Nokia and when the customer purchased a handset from the dealer is it not his duty to give proper service/advice to the customer who had referred the same problem which was there during warranty and which was not rectified till date ? How many times I have to come to Nokia for the same problem again and again without receiving any satisfactory solution ? Please look into the matter urgently and solve the same by repairing my handset without any charges or in case of failure replacing the same. From Sameer Y. Nokia Priority Dealer — rude behavior
The behavior of 15,Manglam Place,Shop No G-8,NN Mall, Adjoining M2k Cplx, Rohini Sector-3, Delhi - 110085 (NOKIA PRIORITY DEALER) is not good, the employee who are working there, their behavior is very rude, they are spoiling reputation of NOKIA, plz do strict action against them
