Sir/Mam I purchsed a handset in october 2008 i hardly used it for 5 - 7 days since that time it is with the mokia center . They have always given that hanset witout any reparing i had atlest submmited that handset for 10 time before this but from 16 may 2009 it is with them only and they are not giving any proper responce. I even told them that if you are not able to repair thishand set then please replace it but they did not give any responce to it . If they are not reparing or replacing the my money has been wasted. My jobseet no.[protected]/090516/14) the complain no. which was given by then when i called noki help line is (1-[protected]) Please help me out as the warrenty is also going to be out soon then they will charge for repair again n again I will be very thankful to you for helping me. nokia/e66 — problam in facia

i was purchesed a nokia E66 on 08/01/2009 having a IMEI NO [protected], after a few months some black spot are visible in one corner nd spread up to round in a days.when i visit at nokia care they told me it is a manufacturing diffect and pls you complain it directly on web.
so pls took my matter and inform me over my mail id /mobile no ([protected] ).

this is to inform you about giving false commitments by nokia.
i bought my mobile last year on 24/10/2008. and the day i got the handset, i used it for another a week and i face some problem with the handset and gave it to the nokia center.but as they return me the phone i again face same problem and this is goin on since last 1 year. i am fed up of this bad service of Nokia. now i want you to help me in getting my full refund or my phone exchanged.
