Nokia E7. 00 — 1 Week Old Brand New Nokia E7.00 Not Working

Myself Yadu From Bangalore.

On 1stJuly,2012 i placed an order For NOKIA E7.00 Mobile (IMEI : [protected])at Adexmart.com(Exfile Trading,Chennai) and the Product got Delived to my residence on 9th July,2012 evening.

I was very happy for my new Phone and started using from the same day and it was a big shock for me on 15th July,2012 evening when i was talking to somebody over mobile the signals are fluctutating in the phone and soon the Display is gone and no Functinality of Touchpad too.Same day i have sent a mail to Adexmat and they reverted on next and informed me to "please contact the nearest Nokia Care center"

On the same minute i went to Nokia Care Center at Jayanagar 3rd Block and spoken to the support executive about the issues with the phone and she took my mobile and requested me to wait for 15 Minutes.After 15 minutes she came back to me and requested for a bill copy of Nokia E7.00 and i gave her the original copy and she was shocked and asking me how come ur bill date is 5th July,2012 and the warranty period for your mobile will expire on 8th August,2102 and he suggested me to check with the seller why the warranty period is expering on 8thAugust,2012 for a new branded phone and to repair this phone they need 10 to 15 days as they are sending this phone to Delhi and she also informed that after this repair if any issues comes they won't take responsibility as the warranty is almost reached to final stage.


I requested the Lady from Nokia Care to Replace the Complete Handset as it s brand new moble phone and it got got fauls and things went wrong with in a weeks time and the lady refused to Replace the handset and she informe that Nokia will only repair and provide you or if required they will change the display.
After Spending 19,999/- rupees why should i use a handset who life is less then 10 days and on what garuntee that i should continue with this handset for next few years.

I Even requested Adexmart Team to replace the handset or pay my money back and they also refused to do that and they are telling if i want they can extend the Warranty period.

Need your help for the Proper Justice,i need my handset to be replaced with a brand new Nokia E7.00 or they should pay my money back.How come both of them sell a product with such faults,where it will stop functioning with in a weeks time.
