Nokia E71 — Manufacturing defect | |
Hi Nokia, I have purchased nokia e71 in the month december 27th. For first 4 months it function really good ther was no probelm, but after that it started giving trouble like the phone should get hang and then it started getting on & off on stand by mode. I went to my retailer i.e. The Mobile Store, they were also not able to help me out, when i complained them they said that they are not reponsible for any problems happening with handset, they are just there sell the nokia products. After that i went to nokia care they said its software issue and they upgraded the software, but the problem still persist. Then once again i went to nokia care they ask me to keep the phone for 18 months. When i refeused to do that they said they will not be able to help me. I asked for replacement of handset, they said it is not possible. After lots of argument they said they will resolve my problem within 10 days. Then i gave my phone for repairing on 25th June and know today is 8th july still I have not got my phone back. I check the status of Job sheet on website it says the problem is resolved. Then I called up the nokia care people they said the mobile is not yet returned from delhi headoffice, I have to wait for more 10days. Nokia I dont think you people are really looking into this mails and trying to resolve this problems. Nokia is just to provide a worst quality products. nokia is meant to suck money from people. Nokia E 71 Mobile — Defect in the mobile
We have purchased a Nokia handset (model E71) grey steel [protected] from Univer Cell, number P.KOR/2805 dated 22.08.2009. However we have observed that during some of the received calls, the system hangs and no key including the on - off switch functions. We have to again remove the battery and then the system functions.On the advise of the dealer, we had taken the instrument to Nokia service centre and the software was reloaded. However the defect continued and again the software was reloaded for the second time and the memory card was formatted. However the problem is still existing.
