Nokia - E71 — Repair Delay and wrong information

Dear Sir,
I have given a nokia E71 for repair due to physical damage(mobile was dropped from my hand) at a nokia care shop on 13th of sept.I was told that they would call in next 2 days and confirm the correct estimate of repair.I was verally told that the estimate from 650 rs + tax would rise to 1700 rs + tax,if needed to which i had given a go ahead on the same day the handset was given.I did not receive any call from the nokia care,chembur.I assumed that the handset would be under repair.When i went to collect my handset on 23rd sept,i was informed that the handset was ready for delivery.On receiving the handset i saw that the repairs were not done and the handset was still un usable.On inquiring the concenred inchrage of nokia care,Mr hemant Bhosale informed me that the panel was not with them and i would have to procure it in person.When i asked that why were they not procurring it from nokia if thet are the authorised repair shop,they asked me to complain to the call centre if i wanted.I gave a call at the call centre and informed the executive and accordingly was informed to call back after 48 hours and a complaint no:-1/[protected] was given to me.I asked them to give me the contact no of the company person to escalate my doubts about the technical know how about the people handling the nokia care.I was denied the company officials no and was informed that the handset was pending for estimate confimration from my side which i had given the day i had submitted the handset for repair.Also to my surprise when i checked the repair status of my handset on nokia site it showed that the handset was ready for delivery.There has been a lot of trauma the call centre and the nokia care guys have caused and would request the court/panel to take a strict action and a apology from the company.Even today the status of the handset repair is not known to the nokia care guys.Pls help.
