Nokia — EARPHONE NOT WORKING

Dear sir,
I have bought Nokia 5233 black mobile phone from gurgaon on november 2010,(IMEI NO:-[protected]) thing is that when i connected earphone with the mobile so it is not working at all and regarding the same i have also visit the service center and they kept my mobile phone for a week and after that they said that mobile phone is physically damage by you and when i use the same earphone with the other mobile so it is working and this is not at all physically damage i am conform that it is manufacutring defact and i want to be replace this mobile as soon as possible sir plz do needfull
