Nokia — handset replacement

i gave my handset for repairing at the nigdi nokia care after 3-4 days they told me that the handset could not be repaire so they will replace my handset.

but after 15 days they gave me a cheap handset of 3500 where my mobile costs 7500 .

so for this reason i register this complain as i want my phone back or my money or a handset of same cost price .

Sir, I have purchased Nokia E-51 from a shop of Lucknow on 30/07/2008 and & i got some problem of Hanging of Mobile Applications and Battery Heatup, So i had given it to Nokia Customer Care on 30/8/2008, They asked me for 1-2 months time for reparing it.Then i have denied him for further process because i could not bear for 1-2 month without my mobile.The problem is coming in 1 month of short period, So i would like to replace it by a new one. Because i'm a service person & i can't wait for one month. So please Kindly look into my matter & resolve my problem. Thanks.

Dear All,
I have purchased Nokia E-63 from a shop of Mumbai (Fort)on 09/03/2009 and & i got some problem of Hanging of Mobile Applications, So i had given it to Nokia Customer Care on 18/03/2009 & They told me this phone is haveing manufature fault, They asked me for for reparing it.Then i have denied him for further process because i could not bear for 8 to 10 days without my mobile. Nokia — Replacement Of Nokia Handset

I V.Premkumar had purchased a mobile on[protected] vide Invoice No. VIJAY/1830 from Cell Com Retail India Pvt Ltd Vijayanagar Bangalore. The set is nokia 5310 express music. I was having some problems initially with the phone likewise, the battery goes down even though it was fully charged, then the voice reception was also not louder, so I contacted the nokia service center that is BRIGHTCAREE - #25/1, Srikanta Mahal, 1st floor, 1st cross, Sampige Road, Malleshwaram, Bangalore-560003. They took care of the problem and they replaced the old battery with a new battery. And I was using the phone after exchange of battery for a period of 15 days again the same problem persisted so again I contacted the above mentioned service center for exchange of a new set since I was not satisfied with this set. As I requested for exchange of handset they accepted my request and they provided me with an spare handset and sent my express music for an exchange. But still I didn’t get any reply from Nokia or your service center so I request u take action and see that I get a replacement of new set as earlier . I have surrendered my set on 19th May along with a copy of purchase bill I have visited your service center around 8 times but I could not understand about the attitude of Nokia or your service Technicians I request you to kindly sent me a new mobile . If Nokia delays or ignores I may have to restore to legal steps i.e., Cousumer Court for claiming the money with with all the legal and penal provisions. and I will not hesitate to go to press by publishing wide article against your Nokia India . By this I hope Nokia India is a Multi National Company your would have understand the problems and arrange for a new mobile at earliest.I think you will

i'm also using a mobile ph nokia 3110c for last 3 months and it got repaired by service team several times bu the same oproblems persisting continously.
I purchased my nokia phone on 13th july 2008. I have been experiencing problem from september 2008 i.e. the first time I reported Nokia Care for the same. The problem with my handset is with its joystick. The joystick has already been repaired for 6 times till date amd it is the 7th time now. I have handed over my handset to nokia care today to get it repaired. As the original warranty of my handset has expired, I asked Nokia Helpline whether my warranty would be extended because it is the same problem and 2 months have'nt passed since I got it repaired last time for the same problem, it was agreed upon. Thus I submitted my handset within warranty. The Nokia Care Center said that it would take a week's time to get it repaired.
Now, since i've been facing the same problem for over 9 months I would like to know that what is the provision for me if I want to get the handset replaced. I have called Nokia Helpline for more than 5 times to report this problem but they are unable to suggest me any solution. I want my handset to be replaced because the same problem has arisen for the 7th time and it does'nt seem to me that it would ever stop.
If I do not get any permanent solution to my problem even now, I would then like to file a complaint with the CONSUMER FORUM.

I have purchased mobilehandset7310cblue supernova in month of April from nokia priority,satara,maharashtra.In month of Oct i experinced probem in working of keys.It was impossible to dial numbers and even send messages and carrying out other functions too.i were sent to Nokia care center,there experince was exacerpating.my handset was sent for repair iwere told i ,ll be informed about its status within aweek and i 'll get it back within 2 weeks.But after 3weeks there was no feedback.eventhough warrantyperiod is not over i were not given any substitute handset even on demand. after a month i finally got my handset back,that too on my own followup,but no body cared to inform me.now again within 2months handset is having same problem,again it has been sent for repair,again i am without any substitute handset. i am sure this time also the handset will come again to fail in its functioning.its warranty period will get over at March end.before it i would like my handset to be replaced by another one.

my phone had a charging problem

I took my phone for repairing at Nokia Care, (near signature Towers) Gurgaon, Haryana (India) nokia care.

And they promised to give the phone next day.

i went next day but they said phone is fine, the battery needs to be replaced, so we need send it to back office and you can collect it after a week. Then i called them after a week and nokia care asked me to come to their centre and collect the battery. i collected the battery.

But next day again the phone was not getting recharged. Then i agin took it to same nokia care centre and then they said we will fix the problem, we will send it to back office it will take a weeks time. This time they also promised to deliver the phone to me at my place. After a week a gentleman came and gave the phone to me. Again the phone was not getting recharged. I asked him to took it back and forward a request to give me the new phone. But so far i haven't hard from them.

Issue Dispcreption : i had puchase Nokia E 5 handset on Oct 2010,
but after one or two month , my handset get switch off automatically ,

when i open any application like facebook , ovistore or my email id ,

hanndset switch off automatically and all application works very slowly

even though the memory card as hardly has data ,i also formated my

memory card many times ,and then i reported to NOKIA CARE IN BORIVALI

, i had visited many a times regarding with my device,But no strict

action is taken yet , there was a defeact in handset so my Original

handset has been swap from the company , But the swap handset has the

# Now started with the same issue again even swap handset has the same

problem , VISITING NOKIA CARE , again it take 7-10 wortking days to

solve the problem and Every Now and then my handset get repaired and

looking at the physical condition it getting destroyed ,
SO I appreciate that i dont want the repaired handset , which the

problme is not rectified , i Required the NEW HANDSET FROM THE NOKIA

,Becoz having the same problem again and again, i could not come every

now and then , my contact & my social iife is getting disturb , i m

mentally harresed by Nokia care people ,
