HI, This is Dr.B.Manikandan from krishnagiri [dt], tamilnadu, India. Warm wishes, this is bring to your notice, the mental agony since i have bought Nokia 5800 express music in the Jan 15th 2009 in poorvika mobile shop, pallavaram Chennai. after purchasing my new mobile 5800 in that shop hardly after half an hour reaching home there was a streak in the display, immediately i went back to the store and they replaced new one, again this may 17th i got display problem, and may 20th i gave it for service care in nokia care tambaram. they told they get it delivered by June 10th, but after making so many calls, to which they did not respond, i myself travelled to Chennai, to know the fate of my mobile, finally they delivered it on July 2nd, when i got it, i still had problem and they made me wait for 4 hrs, and re installed the software, and return back to me. when i called casually i found my display freezed.[not respond] so, i took it back again to the nokia care tambaram, they told they need 15 days time, since they need it to verify with head office, i have also came to 5800 modal had similar problems to all those who bought it. i have called nokia care call centre, [05-07-09 complaint num: 1-[protected]] complaint about this problem, to which they assured me solution in 2 days. still now i have not received any intimation or information from nokia customer care, I kindly request you, to do the needful and get my mobile, in good working condition. I purchased Nokia 5800 on 20th of April. After two months of purchase my phones display is blinking and changing its colours now and then... i think Nokia launched this modal in hurry to capture the market among touchscreen phones mainly iPhone.

I am using nokia phones from last 6 yrs but last year i purchased NOKIA E51. this phone came out to be blunder for me.After 2 months i got some problem in the phone and i went to nokia care i was not satisfied..after every 2 months i got some new problem in my phone and everytime nokia care people created some kind of mess Finally i had given my phone to the service center(nokia care- kohat enclave) and they told me that the phone will be sent to the company .

I want you to seriously look into this matter and hope for a positive response from ur side.i think my nokia E51 should be get replaced by the company after getting all the details of the phone as i know if i get the same phone back after getting repaired i know some or the other problem vl surely get developed sooner or later.
most of the nokia cares are giving bad name to the company as they are working against the company policies and i am not satisfied with the services they provide. most of the nokia centre in delhi are only making money, they are not making good customers
