Issue regarding Nokia

hope you can help..
day by day i am geting frustet with nokia.
i bought nokia asha 305 on 6th aug 2012, from the beginig to till date had problem.... when i use internet any video doesn't work on youtube . touch doesn't work properly.. also getting hang
for all issue when i went to dealer he diverted me to nokia care center.. finally i reached at nokia care center courd road saharanpur. they didn't provide me complet solution of my quarry. When no one help me then
On 8sep. I have sent an email to nokia and got a reply that someone connect you soon. But still noone came to me i'm very very disappoinnted with this mobile .i wasted my money
i want another new mobile from nokia. which is work properly .if not possible then refund my money (4850) one month has been completed i am facing this issue
