SUBSIQUENTLY, THE PROBLEM STILL PERSISTED AND THE MATTER WAS AGAIN TAKEN UP WITH THE NOKIA CARE, MEHDIPATNAM. FOR THE FOURTH TIME, THE MOBILE WAS WITHELD FOR 10 DAYS, PUTTING ME TO GREAT INCONVINIENCE. BUT THIS WAS NOT AN END AND THE PROBLEM WAS NOT RESORTED. THIS TIME THE SOFTWARE WAS ALSO NOT SUPPORTING. THE MOBILE AT PRESENT IS WITH THE SAME CARE CENTER FOR THE FIFTH TIME AND THEY HAVE CONVEYED THAT THE INSTRUMENT WILL BE SENT TO NOKIA HEAD OFFICE LOCATED AT BEGUMPET AND THE TIME PERIOD REQUIRED IS 15 DAYS ATLEAST. THE WORK ORDER NO IS NC 2294 DATED 22 JUN 09 REGISTERED IN THE NAME OF SAROJINI BHATT. MY IMEI/ESN/NO. IS [protected], MODEL NO 3110.C OF BLACK COLOR AND DATE OF PURCHASE IS 06 FEB 09, STILL UNDER WARRANTY.
IT IS VERY SAD TO BRING OUT THIS MATTER TO YOUR KNOWLEDGE AS ALL OUT EFFORTS MADE AT YOUR SERVICE CENTRE HAS GONE IN VAIN. IT CAUSES GREAT INCONVINIENCE TO ME AS THIS IS THE ONLY MEAN OF MY CONTACT AND HAS FORCED ME TO THINK OF PURCHASING A NEW PHONE.
