Purchase a mobile NOKIA ASHA 200BLACK ([protected])([protected]) FROM LOTUS ,13 SNEH NAGAR MAIN ROAD INDORE ,Trough Bill no-12c1202168 date 12/08/2012.

Mobile ear plug one side not working. As per LOTUS CUSTOMER CARE they are ONLY GOOD SELLER AND ,SERVICE AND CHANGE OF FAULTY PARTS IS not their JOB.

Please book complain.and ask concern for help .

My experience with NOKIA Mobile with respect to RELIABILITY OF PRODUCT is becoming poor day by day.Dear "s main interest is only to sell ,rest problem ,we do not know ,you go to service team (Not our head ache)

This will lead CONSUMER UN HAPPINESS.
