[Resolved]  Nokia Mobile Phone — fake service job sheet closed

we have given our nokia cdma mobile handset model 6235 for repair to nokia customer care centre at indore on date = 19-nov-2007. and target delivery date of reapaired set was given as 21-nov -2007. but till date we have not been gaiven our hand set, whreas we have visited 12 times at the centre. every time we were told that the set has been sent to delhi for reparing . but now when we have checked the nokia care job sheet number =04834038/071119/19 we were shocked to see the complain has been closed on 19/nov 2007 and set hasa been repaired and delivered to customer. we are deeply hurt that such a big company care centre are doing a big fraud with cutomer. we request you to kindly help us in getting our mobile set and give a big punish to local dealer for fraud.
