[Resolved] Nokia Mobile Phone Model No. 1203 — Second hand product sold as new fraudulently and unable to get warranty as a result which should have been available to me. | |||
I bought a Nokia mobile phone 1203 model no. on 02.05.2010 from MObile Store chain at City Centre saltlake,Kolkata.I went for servicing of the same on 30.04.2011 since the product is covered by 12months warranty.But I was informed by the servicing centre from their own website that the product's warranty ended way back on 24.09.2010! When I contacted the Mobile Store they kept the phone for two days and then informed me that Nokia has now changed their product warranty policy and it is now available only for 18 months from manufacturing date! Nokia has rubbished the claim but refused to intervene in the matter as the seller has swindled me by selling a second hand product as new. Was this information helpful? | |||

We had purchase a Nokia - 1203 Model at 29.08.09, but my mobile had not been open. Then we ad go to Nokia Service Centre, he said to me that some liquid has been gone. He said to me that repair charges will you give. But mobile has not been repair these days. We want that what do you mean of guarantee.
