Nokia N73 — mobile phone not taking under warrenty for repair

sir i vikas chandrakar purchace nokia n73 music phone on 21-07-08 now with imei num- [protected]
but unforunately frm end of june it giving me problem the nature of problem are
1) the speed of phone is very slow
2) it shows system error
i hav shown the phone in noika care aunder name p.s .electronics, pratap nagar, nagpur of receipt num -14141, they say that IC of phone is not working and they deny to cover it under warrenty i dont no why they say like this as my warrenty is till 20 july 2009 even though there are only few days left but it should cover so plz pay attention in this matter otherwise i hav to take next step of consumer forum if i not get any satisfication frm you

Nokia N 73 — repair of mobile

I got a Nokia N 73 on the 26th of March'09, at first it was working fine but after a month or so it started giving problems which the nokia care people termed as " SOFTWARE PROBLEM" and I went to three different nokia care centres here in Kolkata(thrice in one, twice in others), with no satisfying result(each time they said it is repaired, the same problems creeped up again). Then I took the phone to the retailer's shop they took charge of the phone and took it to another nokia care. They said it has to be sent to Delhi for repair, it has taken more than a month but still they haven't got it repaired. They say that it has come from Delhi but they are keeping the phone with them to check for the problems, and also said that a problem occurred in the "REPAIRED" phone set. So, it seems worthless to have bought that set. They don't even intend to replace the set. I have been using nokia handsets for the last ten years but now it seems I need to switch on to another brand as it seems that Nokia are into looting business, they loot people any how they like. I'm really disappointed with Nokia, had never expected this out of them, that too a N series phone giving problems just after a month, really disgusting, and now it seems that they don't even want to rectify the fault in their product. What a shame, had thought that brands like nokia take good care of their customers, but it seems that it is nothing more than an illusion.
dear sir,
i have to buy one nokia N73 music edition handset, 3 days before.
sir, when i am enjoing music the sound controller (on mobile) is not working, but at the same time using camera that switch is working as a zoom controller. my head set also having this same problem.

if this any virous problem ? what can i do? how to find out and delete virous ?
