[Resolved] Nokia N8 — harassment from nokia service center | |||
My mobile no. is [protected],[protected].Nokia customer care khanna has made me decided not to buy nokia phone ever.After 1 month of buying phone n8 i was having minor problem of auto restart after 2-3 hours.I gave them phone for fixing the problem.They told me that i should give them phone but i will have job sheet tomorrow.They insulted me when i demanded job sheet next day and told me that my mobile has major problem and i must give them 4800 rs. to fix it.I gave them money and they asked me to come after 7 days and again no job sheet was given to me.After 7 days they asked me to come at 8 p.m night when i contacted them.They gave me phone in bad condition and asked me to go to home and check phone because battery was not charged.Screws of phone were very loose and when was unable to accept sim.Next day i gave phone to nokia centre and they told me to come after 4 days.I requested them to repair phone early but they said i can repair it from any other place if i want it early.They have not given me job sheet again.What should i do?I suggest to everyone that never buy nokia phone if they dont want any trouble.This is disgusting.I bought 4 nokia phones till now and faced such bad treatment for 2 handsets.once n82 and now n8.Please dont buy nokia phone people.
