i can't able to hear the voice of othr side person

i had bought nokia n8 in january 2011 bt it had been just 8 month n now a problem is occuring in dat i cnt able to hear the voice of the person calling me till i turn on d speaker...i m very upset wid ma choice of nokia n8
please help me to sort out dis problem..
