Dear Sir/Madam This is regarding the complain of my mobile handset : Nokia N97mini. It is only 4 months old unit and it gives lots of problem including Low speaker volume,signal dropping,network problem, scratch on LCD, Keypad lock button not working properly, It becomes really very tough to getting the problem in such a high end set. This is my Humble request to you please proceed this case so that I can get New Handset. I bought nokia n97 handset in March 2010. But I am very disappointed, after spending so much of money I am just not satisfied. I am facing these problems:
1.My handset touchscreen has stopped working.
2.The mobile switches off on its own (while showing completely charged)
3.After completely charging the battery it turns off on its own.
Please consider changing this handset.
