Latest Complaints Dear Sir, NOKIA 97 MINI got 1 years warranty from CELL PLANET but after 3 days only cell is not working Dear sir, I purchased a Nokia 97 MINI cell from CELL PLANET(Nokia Dealer), at- Hatotota , Via- Talcher, Dist- Anugul, Orissa on dated:-16/07/2010 but after 2 days I started facing propblems in Standby and disturbing unusual noise from the set. Immediately I contacted the NOKIA Care Centre at Bhubaneswar(Twice).Deatails of jiob sheet mentioned hereunder. Still they are not able to rectify the problem.Even I am not satisfied with my new hand set.Pl replace it immeately. I was also suffering from this problem. I have contact to the dealer from where i have purchase this. But i am very disappointed for this. Is http://www.consumer-voice.org is good for online complaint.

My suggestion is, Plz intimate to NOKIA via E-mail otherwise Visit NOKIA website and give the complaint. They will help you.
