[Resolved]  Nokia — Nokia Lumnia 720 -Defective -Used only for 20 days

Hi , I bought a new Nokia Lumia 720 mobile on 20 -JULY -2013 from POORVIKA MOBILES PTV LTD , 4TH AVENUE ,SHANTHI COLONY ,CH -600040. I hardly used it for 20 days , when my mobile got switched off for the first time ,even after recharging for a long ,it did not get switched on.I took it to the NOKIA SERVICE CENTER the next day ,Hello Telecom pvt Ltd , Umalaya Plaza , 1st Florr ,Y-214,2nd Avenue Anna Nagar,ch -600040 . They returned after 3 days .I went back home happy , but found it faulty again the same evening. I took it back to the service center for the 2 nd time launched a compliant on 24 - August - 2013 .Nokia care registered the complaint as REPEATED BOOT FAILURE and informed me that it be send to NOKIA HEAD OFFICE for further investigation. I got it back for 2 weeks , but found it faulty again in NOKIA SERVICE CENTER and returned it back to them immediately. I have been tracking the status of mobile continuously but i am not receiving proper response . Last time i saw it the 20 day new mobile looked like a antique with loads of scratches due to repeated servicing .I had request for a replacement as the mobile itself is faulty.But they are not ready to do it. I would request to please help me out from this issue as I have lot of faith in Indian Consumer Forum.

SMS “NCC<space><City Name>” & send it to 55555, within few seconds you will receive the list of NCCs in that city.
