[Resolved]  Nokia / Nokia Priority Dealer — Mobile handset key

I purchased New Nokia C2-01 Mobile Handset yesterday i.e[protected] from

Complaint is Right selection key on mobile hanset is very hard to operate/stucks or doesn't operates smoothly like other keys.
So took this handset to dealer to get it replaced, dealer said they will have to send it to back Nokia for checking that would take
my question is why can't dealer straight away replace and give me fresh mobile instead of all this repairs and sending back mobile to Nokia for investigation and repairs. Since i have not used handset not even for a day.
