[Resolved] Nokia Phones — NOKIA phone - 3230 Battery backup very very LOW | |
I purchased Nokia 3230 around 2nd July, 2006. Then in 2007 November the Nokia 3230 phone battery started swelling and in a matter of 3 days it started giving a back up of merely an hr!!! I purchased a new battery from Nokia Priority Center from Green Park Market, New Delhi worth Rs.1650/- And recently from the past 7 days, my battery has again swollen up from the middle and its not giving any backup. I am very carefull about the way I use my battery always. This is my secong Nokia phone and I an so very upset with its performance. I never overcharge my phone. I dont talk too much on phone. I am very very disappointed with Nokia phones and its battery...Hope I will be given some asssitance regarding this and that I will not have to buy a new cell phone. Was this information helpful? | |

i have purchased a nokia phone last year and from the date of purchased the phone is being repaired about 20 to 30 times but the problem arises again and again.the nokia care managers are rude when i talked to them .they are not solving my problem i am a student and this affect my studies also. i have complained it many times to the nokia care helpline number but they told me everytime that this tyme your phone will be repaired.and worked good.i cannot do anything for this please help me.i have submitted this phone to faridabad nokia care centre.modcad services

I PURCHASED NEW 2730 CLASSIC NOKIA MOBILE HAND SET. PREVIOUSLY I USED NOKIA 6233 HAND SET. COMPARE TO ALL NOKIA MOBILES THE 2730 CLASSIC MOBILE HANDSET IS PERFORM VERY SLOW. TILL NOW MY HANDSET HAD BEEN REPAIRED FOR ABOUT 8 TIMES
THE EIGHT TIME WHIILE GIVING MY SET TO NOKIA CARE AT6-b,PARK ROAD,JAISWAL COMPLEX,HAZARATGANJ LUCKNOW, I AS ASSURED THAT MY SET WILL BE REPLACED BUT YESTERDAY WHEN I WENT COLLECT MY SET I GIVEN THE SAME SET AFTER REPAIRING.
HALF OF THE TIMEWHITHIN WARRANTY PERIOD WAS WASTED IN REPAIRING. NOW WHAT SHOULD I DO WHERE TO GO.THEY SAY THAT THE SET CAN NOT BE REPLACED.IF A SET IS REPAIRED 8 TIMES WHITHIN A WARRANTY PERIOD THEN ITS A LIMIT
