[Resolved] Nokia — Low RingTone | |||
Respected Sir/Madam, This complaint is with regards to my Nokia handset which i have purchased 2 months back from an Mobile Shop named Galaxy (which is situated in Lotus Court, Opposite Adinath Society, Satara Road.) When I bought this handset there were no problem however, after 2 days the phone ringer was not working. So I went to the point of purchase and complaint about the same. He told me to go to the nearest Nokia Care which is located opposite to Golibar Maidan near Poona College. I went there waited for almost 45 to 50 minutes. Once I reached the counter the executive told me that I have to submit my mobile because they have a short age of ringers. I submitted my mobile and they told me to wait for 1 working day. I waited for 1 day and next day I went there and took my mobile. They assure me that they have changed the ringer and now I would be able to hear properly. I've checked all the set up and everything but after 2 weeks the problem continues. When I try to hear the ringtones in the gallery or the default ringtones, there is much low sound compare to the previous one. My handset IMEI number is [protected] and if you have any questions please call me on +91 [protected]. Tell you what I am not the only one who is facing problems with Nokia. I confirm with many peoples who were sitting there at Nokia Care. No one has been able to provide the good customer service. My suggestion is when customers believe that Nokia is #1 in Customer Service so they should maintain the same status. But if they continue to give such a bad service to their valued customers then I don't think that in future any one will recommendent their family and friends to buy Nokia.
