[Resolved]  Nokia Uk Mobile Promo — Fake lottery

i have also received same kind of SMS. as i have been alert of such fraud, i didnt respond to it. so guys dont send any money, they will fool u. if they are real people then let them give the amout first and then can get the courier or any charges abiding to that from that amount itself. Funny fraud people.

hi this is Suneet Dasgupta, i received message from "TA-CONGRATS" stated that i have won 200, 000 GDP in U.K. NOKIA DRAW 2009 and then i received a confirmation male by Dr.Anthony from nokia. In spite of all the efforts i have not received any materialistic information in this regard. So please help me out and direct me what to do ? so that i can that i can opt the right way .

i have recieved a e-mail on 7/9/09 &10/9/09. this e-mail is true or false. if its true call me to this number ([protected]) or mail on "[protected]@yahoo.co.in" i am from india. i have recived an e-mail that conget, you have won 500000 GBG from nokia uk promotion lottery. if it is true call me or e-mail me.

I don't know what to believe. Is NOKIA doing anything about this complaints? Their reputation and prestigious name will be effected by this fake promotions. Is there anyone from NOKIA who's trying to get to the bottom of this fake promotion? True or not, NOKIA should make an annnouncement as to the authenticity or fakeness of this promotion.

To NOKIA management, this is something to check out, otherwise people around the world will be mad and may boycott your products.

Instruction was stated at mms was followed by me immediately and as of this time no reply how to claim my win amount.

I recieved a text message on my mobile saying:
"Congratulations!!! Your mobile number have won $185, 000.00 on the UK NOKIA MOBILE PROMO DRAW 2009. call: [protected] email: [protected]@live.com"
I called the Nokia head office in Finland, where I was told to ignore the message as it is fake. After that, I called the above number and was told that the head office do not give anyone information about draws and lotteries because they do not trust the callers.
Please let me know whether this draw actually exists.

and i didn't get any no. there is a messsge from the name MD-TWorld thats it and i also don't get any phone no. so that i can call and make it conform well i am not sure is this fake or what but yes this is my duty to make it inform

i got the message as many of others ahead when i see on net that this lottery is fake i m very angry &appealing everybody to do something angainst it because its a case of fraud & we all should try to take penalty from the company(nokia). thanks
