[Resolved] Nokia — WARRANTY DISPUTE | |||
I have purchased 1 NOKIA C6 hand set mobile for Rs.10.600/ from SHANTI MERCHANDISE,SUNNY TOWER,SHOP # 4,SEVOKE ROAD, SILIGURI six moths back, Now my hand set went out of order on 05/04/2013 and I submitted to same shop as it was under warranty but I have visited several times to get back my set till date I have not got my set.Now they are replacing it with NOKIA 603 as it cost only Rs.7600/ without any more feature and this set is not acceptable to me. I have contacted customer care centre 100 times but I did"nt get positive response from there end and the said service centre is behaving very rudely and they are asking me to go to consumer court.
