Nokia X6 — Power and lock switch broke within a week of purchase | |||
I purchased a Nokia X6 from Croma Eva Mall - Brigade Road,Bangalore on 14/10/2010. Within a week the power and lock switch broke,when we took it back to Croma they refused to replace the phone instead they said they got it serviced by Nokia and paid Rs.800 as service charges. But when we colleced the phone,the power switch was in the same condition and the lock switch was fixed upside down,we returned the phone back to them on 29/12/2010 asking for a replacement but they refuse saying Nokia is not replacing. NOKIA X6 — does not switched on
Dear sir,I HAVE PURCHASED THE NOKIA X6 MOBILE 4 TO 5 MONTHS AGO.AFTER THAT ONCE MOBILE DOESN'T SWITCHED ON.I HAVE SUBMITTED CELLPHONE IN MAHARASHTRA RATNAGIRI CARE CENTRE.THEY HAVE SENT TO DELHI NOKIA CENTRE FOR REPAIRING.
AFTER RECEIVED HANDSET,AGAIN HAS SAME PROBLEM.SO NOW ALSO HANDSET GIVEN TO NOKIA CARE CENTRE SHEET NUMBER IS[protected]/110426/12 FOR SECOND TIME.
KINDLY LOOK ON THIS MATTER.I WANT THE HANDSET CHANGE FROM NOKIA as soon as possible..
