Nokia X6 — replacement of the nokia x6 | |||
To The Senior Manager (Customer Care) Respected Sir, I am a student of BIT Mesra,Ranchi. On 23rd july 2010 i bought Nokia x6 at 8.30 pm and came back to my hostel. when i was exploring my mobile ,i found the sound of my mobile starts blasting from 2nd highest level of volume on every songs and it starts heating after regularly playing songs for 30 to 60 minutes . Next day i went to the shop and informed them about the sound. They told me that sound blasting is its quality and also told me that if you dont believe compare it with other nokia x6. After that i came to my hostel start using the mobile,but how much i use mobile its blasting more and more, then i compared it with other nokia X6 but there is no problem with other nokia x6.After few days i went to the shop and inform them again.Now they are refusing to replace the mobile. Its a manufacturing defect then it should be replaced. So, I request you to please help me and give me some positive response. Thank you.. Was this information helpful? | |||

NOKIA seems to be a biggest cheater & very poor in customer care.
If this is the way a company like NOKIA is going to treat it will not survive longer & will reduce his loyal customers day by day.
Would appreciate if you could inform me the write way & solution to my complaint.

IT WAS REALLY PATHETICING AND UPSETTING ANSWER FROM NOKIA CARE CENTRE WHERE I HAD GIVEN MY NOKIA X6 NEWLY PURCHASED HAND SET FOR REPAIRING. IT WAS NOT GETTING ON . SO, I VISITED NOKIA CARE CENTRE FOR REPAIRING.AND , NOW TODAY THEY ARE CALLING AND ANSWERING IT IS TEMPERED SO WE CAN'T REPAIR OR SEND IT TO OUR DELHI OFFICE. WHEREAS I HAD NOT GIVEN TO ANYBODY FOR REPAIRING. IT SEEMS THEY HAS BEEN SOME MISCHIEF OR PROBLEM WITH THEIR STAFF & NOW THEY ARE TELLING THE INSTRUMENT IS DEAD YOU TAKE IT BACK. HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE ????
IT IS JUST 4 MONTHS I HAD PURCHASED THE INSTRUMENT & NOW THIS GUYS ARE GIVING SILLY REPLY..
I NEED THE REPLACEMENT OR MY HAND SET REPAIRED.
KINDLY GUIDE ME HOW TO TAKE ACTION ON THIS GUYS...
