Nokia X7 — Service complaint | |||
Dear Court, I have given my cell for repair at NOKIA CARE, Micronas Telecom, at C-4, Sec-2 Noida on 10/JUL/2012 with the targetted delivery date of 10/Jul/2012 as per the job sheet details of job sheet below. Job sheet number:[protected]/120710/138 Target Date :- 10/Jul/2012 ESN/IMEI NUMBER :- [protected] Phone Model:- nokia X7 Last year on this Aug11 i purchased Nokia X7 Phone within 2months there it has a problem regarding touch sensors defected, i went to them and they changed the touch sensor but the body get deformed, i told this issue to them they people told me that due to fitting the sensor and screen this happen and the body is not in the stock so i have to manage. After 6month once again the sensor not working properly then again they people change the same and again i remind for the body but they replied that this is my fault and i deformed the body hence they are not providing any body cover to me, i agreed at that time but the lower portion of the body get disturbed. Now last month again there is a problem regarding incoming audio and have connectivity and transceiver problem and again i claim for the body but they people not agreed and told me the cost for the body 6thousand i agreed. Now 1Month going to complete and By inquiring by my own several times they told that the Phone is not ready as body of the Phone in not in the stock and will take more 10 days. and this is the sixth time i am getting the estimated time given by them. Upon referring the matter to their customer care number, i.e. [protected]/ 4287545, [protected] for escalations, the concerned Manager Ms Sunita Pangte also told me that still the body is not in the stock, i ask her to mail me the same, then she bluntly refused to mail me, so that i can connect me to her higher ups for taking up the matter. The other tele-executive further said that we can take up the matter only after . I insisted for transfering the call to AVRS system for feedback. Then the call was disconnected without further communication. then does anybody find merit in owning and patronising NOKIA. The tall claims made by NOKIA are worth nothing and they are just fooling people. Whenever I visit the concerned Nokia care center, most of the front executives are busy in chatting each other. There is no sense of responsibility and commitment. I will really be obliged if my complaints can get escalated to Nokia's higher ups for service / repair related matter Note:- The body related issue is started from the begining of my first service and now i am paying for that..
