i bought my mobile n5610 1d on april 2008 and from the month of septmber it is lying there in nokia care.they have swapped my mobile after visiting nokia care so many times but in that swapped mobile also we are having problems.they usually say that the swapped mobile goes under intensive care so that it does not creat any problem but then also the mobile is creating a lot of problem.customer care of nokia only gather information from us about the details of my set and make false promise.in one yr warranty they hav kept my mobile for 4 or 5 months.sir may i go to the consumer court regarding this what we have to do.if you take any action against them then i shall be highly obiiged to you for this kind act of yours.
