Subject: -Request for posting the ledger account of my PLI Policy No.-MP/66054-CC & MP/60201-CC reg.
Respected sir,
With reference to the subject cited above, I am to forward herewith the following complaints regarding Non-posting of my PLI Policy No.-MP/66054-CC & PLI Policy No. MP/60201-CC with effect from[protected] to[protected] for Rs.355/- & 435/- respectively against the Deputy Divisional Manager (PLI) O/o the chief Postmaster General N.E.Circle Shillong-1.
The applicant has deposited premium in CRPF Camp Langjing Manipur for the said period under the jurisdiction of GPO Shillong.
I have requested him to provide information under RTI Act-2005. Vide second appeal Mr. I. Pangernungsang, DPS (HQ) & CPIO had informed vide letter No-PLI/Misc/Court case, Dated:[protected] that the particulars prior to Dec-2001 is not available in Imphal HO since the records are disposed of.
It was absurd to see that the records has been disposed off whether the policy has not completed yet.
Therefore I request you to kindly interfere in this matter and enter the same.
This is for your kind information & early necessary action please.
