Greetings, Since your website has an extremely high viewership and following, I will like to suggest that you also inlcude options to voice our complaints against non functioning of Governement agencies such as Passport Offices. I am a victim of their lackadaisical attitude : I had applied for passport for my wife and my daughter on January 10th, 2009. File numbers: - Sudakshina Guha ( my wife): HYD/ H000478/09 and Coninika Guha ( my daughter): HYD/I00098/09 Post which, security verification and due collection of required documents were done. Surprisingly, my daughter's passport has been received and when I check for my wife's application status, it shows blank. Numerous emails and calls to Grievance Cell of MEA, New Delhi and local Hyderabad RPO has yielded no response. Calls at Hyderabad RPO never gets responded to. At hindsight, it now seems more prudent to have given the bribe as indicated by the person who had come for verification. Several emails to newspaper companies such as Times Of India and Deccan Chronicle for assistance in publishing my grievance has also not yielded any result. I am yet to understand the logic of issuing passport for my daughter and blank status for my wife, when all documents in supporting as required are identical for both of them and duly scrutinised and verified by the officer who had visited for the police verification. this is karthik, i hae applied passport in tatkal sceme on 25th may2009, i should get my passport with in 7 days as per rules.
but i didn't get my passport as of now, passport employee are not responding my calls for enquiry.
so, it's a waste of time to apply in tatkal scene and govt employee are waste to submit it in time.
we are still backward due to this govt. neglectism.FIGHT ANTI AGAINST GOVT.

First thing Employee don't know how to guide the public. When submitting the application by person. They should not accept if any doc is missing. They have to guide the people what is missing and requirements. Changing in the website is funny. it looks passport office phone numbers are working only for their personal calles. They never answer the phones. What a pity...
Govt Employee — non receipt of passport
On expiry of my passport i.e. 24/04/2009 I applied for re-issue of fresh passport through eseva centre on the 02/05/2009. Subsequent to that the police verification has also been completed in the first week of June 2009. As I am a central govt. employee and I have submitted the necessary documents along with all the essential documents along with the passport. When checked in the webiste for the status of my passport it shows that the police verification is yet to be done. respeted sirI am a Govt Emplye.I having a Post paid plan in Airtail for three year validity up to 08 AUG 2009.I cotect two time to custom care before valitity to extend three year more.custom care agree my request but not provide and send bill 150 plan.I again contect to custom care but not satisfy answer.

Govt Employee — Deductions amount
i got a message saying your subscription to CRBt service has been renewed at Rs.30 for the period of 30days.To unsubscribe sms unsub 1003 to 155223.They send the message by deducting 30rs,I Have Un subscribed by the not remitted to balance.I have visted the Reliance World at paridese they register my compilant they said that in two working days remitted the amount of rs 30,But again they have deducted 30rs for same.If is not retified i will compilant in consumer forum.Hyderabad Passport Office — NON RECEIPT OF PASSPORT

I have given my passport for renewal on 25.05.2009 and I have not yet received the passport even though I have submitted all the documents. No response from status enquiry telephone numbers.
I have given written complaint in passport office on 23rd October but still no response.
Web status says Police Report has not been received.
But police verification has been completed in the month of June and I have the proof also.
Please advise.

Never in last three months could i reach these people on call. The phone numbers mentioned in the website are of no use to the public.
