[Resolved]  BSNL Kalyan — non update of top up

Since yester I am trying to your Virar Exchange for my complaint - but I am very much surprise to say that not even single person to receive my call - I trying[protected] this number thruout the day. but your responsible office / or attendent to not ready to pick up the phone - so please look into the matter and resolve my problem as early as possible. my phone was dead in last four days

Dear Sir,

I had paid on line payment for my land line phone no to 2695819 bill for the period Dec 2009 payment of Rs 574 from Axis bank Net banking, dated 27-01/2010 and TRANSACTION ID MUTI[protected] but 33 days are gone but the amount is not updated & the money is deducted from my Axis bank account.

Pls do the needful.
