Not Receive Rto Book — Late delivery, hence speed post was not accepted

Sir, I posted application of my for the post of lecturer to the Registrar Gautam Buddha University NOIDA by speed post on 26.9.2009 from the Aligarh University Post Office vide receipt No. EU 11933286 IN. The last date of the submission of application was 30 .9.2009 but could not be delivered within 3 working days on 30.9.2009 although they claim to deliver on second day within the state. the speed post no. EU[protected]IN is not delivered yet . it was a medical form from Lucknow to aligarh Muslim university. very poor service and response i have to face. all the customrecare no. are busy or not responding to the phone calls .13 days have been passed and the item is not delivered to the mentioned address that is I.G hall aligarh Muslim university
