I have purchased policy under table 90-18 for Rs. 500000.00 on dated 08.12.09 and premium paid Rs.14803.00. But till date I have not recieved policy bond. So please take needful action to solve this problem .My policy no. is .[protected]

I have purchased policy under table 193-15 in the name of my wife Mrs.ASHWINI BHIMRAO DEOKAR for Rs. 50000.00 on dated 30.06.09 through recently opened SSO AKLUJ TQ. MALSHIRAS DT. SOLAPUR/ Ser BR. 94C and premium paid Rs.5000.00. But till date I have not recieved policy bond. So please take needful action to solve this problem .My Wifes policy no. is .[protected]
