[Resolved]  Femina Magazine — NOT RECEIVING THE MAGAZINE

This is to inform you that I am member of 4 years subscription of FEMINA MAGAZINE.

I have not been recieving magazine on regualr basis.

Look into the same on urgent basis otherwise there is no point taking subscription of your magazine.
I have been a member of Femina magazine for a year.

You guys do not follow up with your customers that you are getting your subscription on time or not.
You just want the money in advance and after that you totally forget.

If I have to buy your magazine from book store then wat is the point of becoming the member with you.

COSMOPOLITAN has better service than yours.

I really dont know whether problem is with courier company or with femina - I THINK ITS WITH FEMINA But I want to resolve this issue at the earliest.

If the problem is not resolved intime then you guys are forcing me to go to the CONSUMER COURT AGAINST "FEMINA"

Hello was your problem sorted? I als am not receiving for last 3 issues-and am unable to even access their website

I[censored] r not in a position to supply the magazine i would like the repayment of my money as soon as possible.

I HAVE ORDERED FOR ONE YEAR SUBSCRIPTION AS MY ORDER NO. IS[protected] ON[protected] THROUGH E-MAIL . I HAVE ALSO PAID THE AMOUNT OF RS.570 THROUGH C/C.I HAVE NOT RECEIVED EVEN SINGLE ISSUE.

I HAVE SUBSCRIBED FOR LONELY PLANET AND FEMINA IN FEB 10. I HAVE RECD THE LONELY PLANET ISSUE BUT I HAVE NOT BEEN RECIEVING THE FEMINA ISSUE. I HAVE COMPLAINING CONTINOUSLY BUT NO RESPOSE FROM THEM. EITHER YOU START WITH THE MAGAZINE OR RETURN THE MONEY. MY RECPT NO IS 088 . PLS LOOK IN TO THE MATTER URGENTLY. THIS IS NOT EXPECTED FROM SUCH A BIG COMPANY. I AM SORRY TO SAY THIS.

I have also been not recieving the magazine although I have a subscription of 2 years. They have not been sending the magazine regularly. i have not recieved even a single issue in the last 2 months.
