Femina Magazine Complaints & Reviews

I took subscription of Femina magazine for 1 year. But i hardly got any copies. I have been calling to the customer care from past two months as I am not receiving the subscription copies of Femina from 1 Nov 16. But it no response or call back. Kindly either rectify the problem or cancel my subscription and refund the money. I never expected such a lazy response from one of the renowned publishing house.

I have been complaining for not getting my issues & have been complaining about it but hvnt got ant revert till now. I don't wanna continue with my subscriptions as for years I was complaining about not getting the gifts inside the magazine but now I am not even getting my issues. Either cancel my subscription & refund my amount or I have to go to consumer court....

In the official site mags.timesgroup they had shown 27 issues. So, we need to get 27 issues as a yearly without fail. When recently I had asked about June 30th 2015 Femina issue one person on call had said I will get it by saturday 11/june/2015 and on saturday I had called again the person said June 2nd and June 16th issue are only there for June month, June 30th issue is not at all there. They were speaking as if we are dumb out of a gang!...

Till today no free gift articles and no magazine has been received by Ms. Reshma Gunjate.

i am in touch with femina customer since feb every week i mail and call them but till now all my requests have fallen on a deaf ear.everytime i get the same answer that ill get all my issues within hours but i just got 2 issues one in march and one in june whereas i should have got 2 magazines per month .nobody seems to be bothered about the whole thing ive been a regular reader for the magazine for the past 15 years .

To subscribe I sent the payment cheque by courier from First Flight on 11th May 2009.

I have not received any acknowledgment from Femina about the receipt of the payment cheque nor have i received the magazines.

Thisis to inform you that I am member of yearly subscription of FEMINA MAGAZINE.I have not been recieving magazine since sep'08.look into the same on urgent basis otherwise there is no point taking subscription of your magazine.I have been a member of Femina magazine for last 2 year.

I really dont know whether problem is with courier company or with femina but I want to resolve this issue at the earliest.
