[Resolved]  Indane Gas Agency — Not taking the booking or picking up phone calls

I have calling for booking of GAS No.123724 on the nos.[protected],[protected] & 65874943& mobile No. [protected] of Chandrakala Indane Gas Service for Indane located at Dilashd Colony,Delhi-110095for continous 3 to 4 days and so many times. But no one picks up the call and all the time the no. is busy... I think they employees have hung up the phone so that the nos are always busy continuously. We have been facing a lot of problem with this gas agency as this is a regular problem with them whenever gas booking is needed. I will request the Indane gas management higher authorities to please look into the matter and kindly change this agency as this is totally incompetent to provide services to gas users in this area. I think they employees have hung up the phone so that the nos are always busy continuously. We have been facing a lot of problem with this gas agency as this is a regular problem with them whenever gas booking is needed. I will request the Indane gas management higher authorities to please look into the matter and kindly change this agency as this is totally incompetent to provide services to gas users in this area. Indane Gas — Not taking Bookings

I have been trying my gas distributor CITIZEN gas Agency located in Alaknanada Shopping Complex, New Delhi vide my consumer no. CT 1503 for the last 2-3 days and they dont bother picking up the phone. Its happening every month. Either the ph nos. printed on their slips are wrong or the staff doesn't bother to pick up the phone.

Since last 10 days i've been calling the nos.[protected] It rings but nobody picks up the phone.[protected] this no. is always busy and we are supposed to call up later. But still it continues. Can understand if its for 1 day or 2 days but continously for 10 days. What is happening? I was surprised to see that 203 complaints are regd on this Co. and still the Co. is not taking any initiative.

BOOKING WORKERS ARE SITTING INSIDE THE OFFICE AFTER LOCKING THE WINDOWS
EVEN AFTER BOOKING OF GAS THERE IS NO SURETY THAT GAS WE REACH RECONSUMER EVEN WITH IN A WEEK OR SOW
I WAS ATTACHED TO SHARMA GAS AGENCY UTTAM NAGAR WIDE CONSUMER NO. 28430 & IT WAS ABSULUTILY FINE THERE WAS NO COMPLAINT LAST 10 YEARS. SINCE LAST ABOUT THREE MONTHS MY CONNECTION HAS BEEN SHIFTED TO RAJ FLAMES GAS AGENCY WIDE CONSUMER NO. SRF 2040 AND SINCE THEN THERE IS LOT OF PROBLEMS & COMPLAINTS.IN CASE RAJ FLAMES CAN NOT IMPROVE ITS FUCNTIONS MY CONNECTION MAY BE SHIFTED BACK TO SHARMA GAS AGENCY UTTAM NAGAR

Indane Gas — not taking booking and complaints on phone

i hav a gas connection in jangjeet enterprises, 18/2, mathura road, faridabad, hav a residence in sector-16, iwas trying to do booking on phone in this gas agency from last three days round the clock frm 10.00 am to 6.00pm but the phone was engaged all the time, it seems the phone was put on hold all the time, it's a harrasment to the customer.
i hav also tried to contact mr. maurya sales officer indane of this area, they replied go to agency for booking.

this agency hav same problem wid so many customers. also the gas qty. in the cylinder is very low.

it's a request to u people do something positively.

i, mohammed awais adil resident of mir jumla tank, talabkatta, hyderabad has lost the book in which we have the gas booking number. the only detail i can provide is that i have purchased this gas cylinder 2-3 years back and the name by which it was purchased is Mohammed Awais Adil. pls help mwe out i do not know how to approach n what to do? i do not know the branches also. kindly help me n let me know the procedure thro which i can get my gas number n the whole process gets activated.

Dear sir,
I am using Indane gas for the past several years, recently I transfer my connection from Tapeshwari Gas agency to Swatantrs Gas Agency Civil Lines, Kanpur. When we use the cylinder it was not for the full period on examning it I found water in the bottom of the cylinder, after make complaint with the gas agency he replied that I will look into the matter and after 15 days has passed he did nothing.Every time I used to go to the agency to book the cylinder because every time phone is out of order or phone was not pickedup.I have booked one DBCand deposited money but till date cylinder not delivered.

Indane Gas — not taking up booking by Agency

Dear Sir,

I had complained earlier on behalf of my father regarding not taking booking of gas by Gas Distribution Agency.

My father, Mr Abraham OV is having having a gas connection at Sandhya Flames, Aranmula, his consumer number being 21717.

The agency never takes phone when trying for bhooking They have caller id phone and take phone only from customers with whom they have tie-ups like hotel owners, hospital canteens and other their dear ones.

Their numbers are[protected], 2219950, 2214849 and [protected]

This complaint can be verified by trying to make a call to any of the above numbers.

Both my parents are senior citizens and they find it very much harrassing when they try to book for refilling of a cylinder at this Indane dealer in Pathanamthitta Dist.

It is requested to kindly look into the matter and provide with a permanent solution.

Indane Gas — Calling Agency number but no one picks

The Indane gas agency Guru Krupa in JP Nager, bangalore does not pick up phone for booking cookign gas cylinder. It takes 30 min of redialing to get the thorugh the number and then it rings and no one piks up. It comes always busy. Looks like they keep the reciver off the hook.

Getting gas cylinder booking done at Indane is a torchure.

Hi,

From past 15 days we are continuously trying number of gajanana distributors to book the cylinder.

Noone is picking up the call …All the numbers busy all the time …not even free for one min.even i[censored] call continuously for an hour..

We have to book a cylinder…and we are facing problem due to this….

Please let us know the correct numbers on which we should call and also the number of the higher authorities so that we can lodge a complaint.

Its very difficult to come and book the cylinder everytime..atleast concern people should pickup the call…

Using Indane from past 10-12 years.Never expected such kind of service from Indane…very disappointed..
