[Resolved]  Pan Card — Not yet received and modification

I have not recieved my pan card till date as i had applied in november 2008. I have got acknowledgement no via SMS on my mobile. Ack no is [protected].

Also the sir name mentioned in status enquiery of pan card on internet is printed wrong ( it was printed GUIRIYAL). In actual it should be QUIRIYAL. Kindly modify my sir name and send it as earliest.

Also the sir name mentioned in status enquiery of pan card printed wrong ( it was printed VIKAS TIWARI). In actual it should be VIKASH TIWARI. Kindly modify my name and send it as earliest. my pan card no. is AFBPT9921K .plz change and send it to me as soon as posible.

Pancard No:ALKPJ3251D

On my Pan card My name printed as PRADEEP CHOWDARY JASTI instead of PRADEEP JASTI

and my father’s name HANUMANTHA RAO CHOWDARY JASTI instead of HANUMANTHA RAO JASTI.

Can you sir let me know the procedure how to change the names on my pancard .

My original name is sadasivasankar botchu, but my name chenged my pancard sadashiv asanakar botchu.how can i chenge my pancard name please give me any idea...

Respected Sir,
My name is S.Sathya. My original date f birth is 02/07/1989. But my date of birth is changed in my PAN card as 02/07/1949. How could I modify that? Please give best suggestion for me via mail.
