[Resolved]  NSDL — Wrong name on pan card

Sir/Madam,

I had submitted New pan card request in form 49 a on 23 nov 2009.

now when i am tracking my pan on www.tin-nsdl.com it shows my name "SUBHAM JAIN" whereas my correct name is "SHUBHAM JAIN"

please do something.

I have attached a scan copy of Acknowledgement of PAN Apllication

I applied my pan cards application with name of LALAN KUMAR but by mistake to NSDL my name is printed on my pan card is LALAL KUMAR which is wrong . So i am requesting you pls issues my pan cards with correct name LALAN KUMAR as soon as possible
