NSDL - PAN Card Not Received — PAN CARD NOT RECEIVED

Hi
applied for the reprint of PAN card last three month in Feb. I made the online payment but when I check through online view this msg.

Dear Sir/Madam,
The document sent by the applicant is received by us and is under verification. Once the same is verified and found valid, the application will be forwarded to Income Tax Department for further processing.

no any response this side
i requiest to please help on
