NSDL — Incomplete knowledge in TIN Call Centre

To whomsoever it may concern

It has been experienced that the executives from TIN Call Centre of Income Tax Authority have not trained fully related to the PAN number matters, when I called them to ask rectification in the title of my nephew which was wrongly entered by me while preparing online application from www.tin-nsdl.com they have asked me write at TININFO@NSDL.CO.IN so that their Senior Executive will rectify the same and correct pan card will be dispatched but other one has ask me to reapply and make the necessary changes.
