[Resolved] NSE/NCFM — Non receipt of study materials of NCFM online exam | |
Dear Sir, Me and my wife registered for the NCFM- Depository modules online examination on 28 th July 2009 wide NCFM id's Abhinanth K Chandran_[protected] and Jeny Abhinanth_[protected]. We have took the exam date as Sept 26, 2009 at M G Road Kochi.Till date we didn't receive the study matrials for the exam.We have followed up this matter with NSE over phone and emails for the past one month they didn't gave a proper response.We have already paid Rs.1500/- each towards the registration fee and for the study materials.As part of the conditions abide by the NCFM online registration we have to appear for the exam in the stipulated time and if we fail the exam registration fee will not be refunded. In this scenario without getting the study materials we will definetly fail the examination and will end up loosing the registration fee, and the valuable one working day time.These are all because of the irresponsible behaviour of the NSE officials. I have attached below all the mail correpondence for this matter. We don't want to loose our hard earned money and the time because of the irresponsibilities of the concerned official.So kindly look into this matter very seriously and make a suitable action so as to avoid these kind of situations for all the aspirants in future.
