O2 TELECOMMUNICATIONS — mobile draw prize money

Dear Sir,
i am Mithilesh Kumar Mishra from jamshedpur.
i received a message on my mobile that i have won one million great british pounds in an international mobile draw.
they asked me to send a valid identity of mine .
as mentioned in their mail i sent a scanned copy of my PAN card.
after that they mailed that the prize money cannot be sent to me via draft so their diplomnat Mr. John Wright Is coming to INDIA and he will clar all the legal formalaties and hand over my prize money to me.
but after that they are not receiving any calls nor they are sending any mails neither their diplomat ringed me up.
they also sent me the winning certificate .
i just want to ask you that wether this company is true or fake.
kindly send a mail for my guidance.
i will be ever greatful for your this act of kindness.
