Offerbeam.com — Neither Product delivered nor money refunded | |||
I made a payment Rs.13,270 vide Order No.721 on 25.02.2012 for buying 2 Seiko watches. I've not received the product or the refund of my money till now (12.11.2012). I contacted the Manager named Ritesh ([protected]). He is asking me to remove the online complaint which I made after 2 month of the transaction and more than 100 times of calling that person and the customer care. He also told me that he'll TRY to get approval for returning my money if I remove the complaint. He also told me that me complaining is not going to affect the business of Offerbean.com as he has so many satisfied customers. Kindly help me to get my money back from that cheating site. Hi,I had order for Sandisk Cruzer 16gb Pendrive from OfferBean.com (Order ID: #2015809). Its been more than 2 weeks now, there is no response yet from them. I had tried calling them several times and sent couple of email as well, but still there is no response. Please help.
