I had received the 2 GB MP4 Player 1.5 LCD Screen LCD new Metal 3rd Generation, a product of the above mentioned company.When I tried to put songs from my notebook it got affected by the virus which was already present and also the product doesn't look new.I think its a used one only...

Till now i hadn't recd ther Second Iron as per the Offer. and now I am taking this matter seriously to consumer forum and filing a suit in favour of REDIFF.COM and OJJAS ENTERPRISES for misguiding the CONSUMERS and not fulfilling there commitments as per the AUCTIONS.

This is to inform you that as you had mentioned in the auction that BUY ONE & GET ONE FREE OFFER, I had Placed the Order for you Product named IRON BAUC MINI IRON BUY ONE GET ONE FREE vide order No 4 Tranascation ID 9 received on dated 06/10/2008, when I received the Courier I found that there is only one of this Product IRON BAUC Mini IRON, can you reply me up that where is the Second pcs and when I will receive that. as till now I hadn't open the Courier and I had kept it as it is with me to show it to your Officials or the Officials from the Consumer Forum.



As soon as you see this mail revert back to me with the reply niether I am going to file a Complaint against you for not fulling your promise in the CONSUMER FORUM.

Now I am going to take a strict action against both and will file a case in Consumer Forum.

rediff as well as ojjas enterprises are fraud.one can not establish any contact if they do not want .that is a cyber crime. they are misusing the on line shopping system.police must take action .these people must be behind the bar.

I WOULD SUGGEST TO BAN THE REDIFF NOT TO PROMOTE THESE KIND OF FRAUDS IN FUTURE.SO THAT THE PEOPLE GETTING CHEATED IN FUTURE WILL BE STOPPED.

THESE ARE FLY- BY- NIGHT COMPANIES. AFTER COLLECTING GOOD AMOUNT OF MONEY THEY WILL DISSAPEAR.

I am having same problem with Ojas Enterprise. As per their Bean Bag photo in Rediff.com and actual Bean Bag is very different. I pay Rs. 350 and they are sending very small bag without any bean. Kindly fight against the Ojas enterprise.
