[Resolved] Omkar Estate Consultant — In Every agreement time taking One Month Brokerage Money. | |||
Dear Sir I have complain regarding the Brokage charge taken by most of the Broker in Panel, Because of them it is deficult to leave in New Panvel. Mr. Sanjay Kulwade One estate Agent Every year raiseing the Rent, why the Owner will say anything if he will get money, U just think that for !BHK Flat we are paying 4500/- Rs. & at the time of every 11 months Aggreement renewal we are paying one month rest as the brokage money to him, & other agent are not taking the same they are taking the brokage amount only Once but he is taking again & again, This is not only the problem They are Increasing the Rent amount after every new aggrement that too more then 15%. There must be some fixed persent for increasing the Rent amount after Every month or every 2 months. So that the person know that these are the expenditure he has to face. There must be the Aggrement for 2 years so that we will pay the fixed rent for 2 years. after that if they increase the Rent amount by Rs 500/- this will not create any burden to the person leanving in Rent in Panvel. Please take serious action so that the People coming from different state should not suffer with this type of Problem. Problem are 1) The Brokers are increasing the Rent amount every year. there must be increase in Rent amount afetr every 2 or 3 years. 2) Mr Sanjay is taking Brokage amount every year which he schould not take, Only once he can take at the time of 1st aggrement, After that he is forcing to leave the flat even though the person is ready for 2nd aggrement as per condition he forced only because we are not paying him the brokage after Once. 3) After Getting the his commision he never solving any customers problem & even never hears the problems. I suggessions is that there must not be any Brokage between the ower & Customer ther must be direct talk between them. Also there is one broker showing the visiting card of Chota Rajan for blackmailing after taking the money in the name of Flat. Was this information helpful? | |||

Is there is no one whi can take serious action against this case.

yes friend i too faced the same problem with this broker.
He took the token money from me by saying that he will retun it after a month or 2. But after 1 & half year of the time i din't got the money return.When i went to him for the same he told me that that will be deducted as the rent of 15 day. As i booked the flat from company so it takes teh time to prepaid the aggreement it takes almost 15days so he deducted the same.
As all the HR Employees of Ispat industries are refaring him may be they recievd the part of the brokrage amount from him as the As they all act as Dalal, so they all share the Dalali Amount from the customers.
The broker is not taking to the customer, He react that we are just a lower class people, So i sugest that please don't ever go to him for the Rent flat or buying the flat as he is a froud persone.
He will never hear the problem of the customer once the flat aggreement is done. Always say YAA YAA YAA as he can speek very good English but he can't even say the word except Yaa Yaa.

Omkar estate — Brokerage Amount
I am facing lots of Problem with the Brokers though which i had taken Flat in RentI had taken flat in Rent from Last 1 yrs & 10 months Completed 2 aggreements. But still when i am going to renew the agrreement he again demand for the brokrage aMOUNT EQUAL TO 1 MONTH rENT & after every 11 month of Agreement they increase 500/- at present i am paying 4000/- rent for 1BHK flat.If it will increase like this we the middle class family can't servive here.

Kindly help us so that after once i will not have to pay the brokrage amount for renewing the Agreement. As other brokers are not demanding the brokrage amount second time for the same flat.
But Sanjay Khulwade demand for the same.& not responding when there is complain for the repairing work in th flat.
